You should not steam 5 days prior to menstruation and wait at least 2 days after menstruation to resume steaming. If trying to conceive, do not use during ovulation. You may feel mild cramping after steaming; this is normal, let it work.

PRODUCT EXPIRATION

With limited air exposure, herbal Blends can be stored in their original jar up to one year. If tea is exposed to heat or water, consume within one week. If exposed to mold, discard immediately. Store in cool and dark place.
