IN-PERSON REIKI
Reiki is life force energy that flows through all living things. Energy or "ki" in a person should be strong and free flowing. When energy becomes weak or blocked you may feel physical or emotional imbalance. A Reiki session can strengthen feelings of calm, relaxation and alignment

DISTANCE REIKI
Reiki energy transcends time and space and because of this long distance Reiki healing can be provided if you cannot be make an in-person appointment. The benefits are exactly the same as an in-person session, strengthening feelings of calm, relaxation and clarity. The session lasts 30 - 40 minutes and requires an appointment.

REIKI TRAINING & CERTIFICATION
If you've ever been curious about Reiki and feel called to the practice, we offer Reiki training and certification for levels I, II, Master/Teacher. Classes are offered both in-person and remote on the monthly basis. Classes are small to maximize the experience and allow for questions, practice and of course, attunements.

BIRTH DOULA CONSULATION
Looking for a doula for your upcoming birth? Let's chat! A birth doula consultation gives us the opportunity to discuss work style, experience, needs and desires. It's also an opportunity to determine if I am the right doula for you. Come prepared to ask any question you may have and I will provide answers.
