Orders are fulfilled within 2 to 5 days of your purchase. If there is a delay with your order, you will be notified via email. Your product will be shipped via USPS first class mail. According to the United States Post Office, if you are in the US. your product should arrive within 3 - 5 business days after your order is left with the Postal Service, depending on shipping location. 

If you are picking up your order, you will receive two emails, the first letting you know your order is ready for pick up, the second to arrange a time.

PRODUCT EXPIRATION

With limited air exposure, herbal Blends can be stored in their original metal tin up to 1.5 years. If tea is exposed to heat or water, consume within one week. If exposed to mold, discard immediately.
