The Endo Care Box
Each gift box includes 4 ounce jars of herbal tea and in two cases, 4 ounces of yoni steam & herbal bath. One cup of tea requires 1 to 1 1/2 heaping teaspoons. We recommend drinking one cup per day.
A single use yoni steam is 4 ounces.
Directions:
- Use once per week
- Can be used in a hot bath or as a Yoni Steam
- If steaming, do not use five days prior to the start of menstruation
- Wait at least two days after the end of menstruation to resume steaming
- If trying to conceive, do not use during ovulation
- You will receive full bath & steam instructions with your order
